一、產品簡介Product Profile

1 專為圓形產品印刷而設計,主要適用于軟管、瓶蓋、離心管、膏霜罐的等圓形制品，并可實現部分制品的多色印刷及精確套色。

2 主傳動采用歐洲名牌傳動器材，輔以高速精密間隙分割器，實現部分精確分度傳動，使整機運行平穩可靠，印刷速度高達3000-4800pcs/hr

3 整機控制采用國際名品PLC控制及設置簡便快捷的觸摸屏操作，輕易實現人機對話，操作更加得心應手。

4 油墨固化可采用電子式紫外線固化或紅外線干燥，在保證性能穩定和節省電能的情況下，可獲得更加優秀的固化效果。

5 具有離子風除塵、無件不印刷、氣壓過低報警、廢料/錯料等自動報警自動檢測功能。

6 全自動上料系統與卸料機械手裝置確保了印刷的連續與穩定，也盡可能避免了在印刷過程中造成承印物表面的刮傷，更加保障了作業員的安全操作。
